HIGH POINT, NC — Valspar, a global wood coatings manufacturer, named Rodda Paint Co. as a distributor of its wood coatings products for the Pacific Northwest, including Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.

One of the largest paint manufacturers in the region, Rodda Paint Co., has been in business since 1932, and Valspar has produced paints and coatings for more than 200 years.

“This strategic alliance is the beginning of a long term partnership between Valspar’s Wood Division and Rodda Paint Co.,” said Bill Boone, President and COO of Rodda Paint Co. “We feel the Valspar products will enhance our already strong wood coatings program and will give our sales reps and customers a diverse quality product offering.”

Rodda will sell the complete line of Valspar wood coatings, including stains, varnishes, lacquers, topcoats and other finishing products.
