TORONTO — Crows Nest Software will display its latest release including new and enhanced features throughout all aspects of their ERP solution at the Woodworking Machinery & Supply Conference and Expo. Canada's national woodworking show will take place November 12-14 at the Toronto Congress Centre.

Following are key highlights of the updated software.

Business Intelligence Dashboard
Every company’s data has a story to tell, and it's one that can drive powerful, informed decisions. Crows Nest has added visualization options in the built-in dashboard editor that elevates data's narrative. Whether a user crafts its own dashboards or has them created by Crows Nest, these enhanced options will bring data's story to life like never before. Visualization options include:

  • Waypoint Map
  • Tree List
  • Gantt
  • Web Page
  • Heatmap

Updated Interface
The user forms for the following areas have been updated with the most recent capabilities of the recently announced Dev-Express interface tools.

  • Project → Materials Ordered/Allocated
  • PO - PO List and PO Item List
  • Parts Form
  • Colors Form
  • RFI Form
  • Work-Order/Phase Form
  • Additional Interface Enhancements
  • Project Flags: New Flag interface and animations
  • Systemwide Statuses: Unified interface across status areas
  • Calendar View: Users may now designate Tasks to be added as quick appointments
  • Shop Drawing Tracking Register:  Line items may now be linked to/added to a Transmittal

Documents Management

  • The quantity of Folder Sets has been increased to 3
  • New Attachments Folders has been added to designate a subfolder for which files will automatically be included when emailing.

PO Pricing
An added option lets the user to disable automatically created vendor pricing records. This allows the user to disable this functionality for items that almost never have the same price, like buyout services from a service vendor. 

Manifrests
Now supports Signatures
