Conference sessions on CNC machines, automation, and key trends and design directions in the furniture industry will be among the highlights during the first three days of Magna Expo Mueblera. The annual trade show takes place Jan. 17-20 at the Centro Banamex in Mexico City.

MEXICO CITY - The Biesse Group has confirmed its participation in the Magna Expo Mueblera Industrial trade fair, joining a growing list of woodworking technology leaders for panel processing and solid wood manufacturing, including Altendorf GmbH, Leitz GmbH, Mereen-Johnson, SCM Group, Stiles Machinery Inc./Homag, and Michael Weinig AG/Holz-Her, at the annual event.

The Mexico City event will feature the two international exhibitions Magna Expo Mueblera Industrial and Magna Expo Mobiliario e Interiores.

Preliminary figures for Magna ExpoMueblera, Mexico's largest wood and furniture industry trade show indicate the 23rd annual event was a "resounding success," according to show management. Held Jan. 18-21 at the Centro Banamex exhibition center in Mexico City, it was the first time that the show took place under the management of Deutsche Messe AG, represented by its local subsidiary Hannover Fairs México.

Magna ExpoMueblera, Mexico's largest trade show for woodworking equipment, supplies and services for custom and mass production, saw a steady stream of attendees who viewed more than 250 exhibitors from approximately 30 nations.

Hundreds of exhibitors displaying CNC machinery, standard woodworking equipment and supplies for custom and production wood products manufacturing are expected to be on hand at the 23rd annual Magna ExpoMueblera. The international tradeshow and conference will be held Jan. 18 to 21 at the Centro Banamex exhibition center in Mexico City, Mexico.
