Richelieu Hardware displayed a new decorative hardware collection at the Cabinets & Closets Expo.

Richelieu Hardware will be exhibiting at the Cabinets & Closets Expo in New Jersey from February 28 to March 1. The exhibit will feature a new decorative hardware collection, sliding door systems and hardware, deployable tables, LED lighting and more.

Decorative hardware distributor, LB Brass, a division of Richelieu America Ltd., launched a new web site featuring its specialty hardware collections.

Richelieu Hardware's aggressive acquisition spree of U.S. distributors in the past couple of years helped it increase its U.S. sales to $120.4 million for the fiscal year ended Nov. 30, 2012, an increase of 19.9%.

Richelieu Hardware Ltd., which has expanded its presence in the U.S. market via the acquisitions of several hardware distribution companies, said it has notified the Toronto Stock Exchange that it intends to purchase up to 1,039,734 of its common stock.

Richelieu Hardware Ltd. announces that the Toronto Stock Exchange has accepted its notice of intention to make a "normal course issuer bid" to purchase up to 1,039,724 of its common shares, representing 5% of the 20,794,484 outstanding common shares as at November 30, 2012, through the facilities of such exchange.

Richelieu, one of the largest distributors, importers and manufacturers of specialized hardware products in North America, won four Innovation Awards at the National Design and Architecture Exposition (IIDEX) in Toronto in September.
