Norcraft Companies, L.P. reported financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2012.

Kitchen and bath cabinetry manufacturer Norcraft Companies L.P. and Norcraft Holdings L.P. reported a first quarter net sales increase of $2.4 million, or 3.8%, to $64.2 million compared to the first quarter of 2010.
