Mantra Inspired Furniture, a design-forward manufacturer of thoughtfully crafted commercial furniture, has acquired Created Hardwood, an Ohio-based manufacturer specializing in custom solid American hardwood furniture.

Serving the greater Charlotte market since 1908, Builders Supply Company offers one of the largest lumber and millwork inventories in the Carolinas, with products ranging from framing material and engineered wood to window and door distribution and install services.

The newly formed Candlelight Curated Inc. group has acquired the operating assets of the former Candlelight Cabinetry facility in Lockport.

The brand evolution brings Haley Bros., Cobb Custom, and T.M. Cobb Distribution together in a more integrated structure, reflecting the company’s approach to manufacturing, custom millwork, and distribution. The unification reinforces T.M. Cobb Companies’ ability to support customers from specification through final delivery.

This acquisition continues the expansion of Carter Lumber’s footprint in the Southeast, giving the company full coverage across Georgia and adding the area from Hilton Head to northern Florida to its coastal service presence. Gaster Lumber was founded in 1985 and remained a Gaster family-owned and operated business until its acquisition by Carter Lumber.

ELKHART, Ind. — Patrick Industries Inc., a component solutions provider for the outdoor and housing markets, and LCI Industries, a supplier of engineered components to the outdoor recreation and transportation markets, have terminated discussions regarding a potential business combination. 

UFP Industries has acquired the operating assets, including real estate, of Berry Pallets, Inc., a pallet manufacturer based in Waseca, Minnesota for approximately $20 million. The transaction expands UFP Packaging's pallet manufacturing footprint and strengthens UFP Packaging's ability to serve customers across the upper Midwest.

Crimson Tools is now the exclusive North American distributor for core Triton products. Timbecon, an Australian woodworking company, has acquired the Triton brand, restoring it to Australian ownership. These moves ensure greater availability, reliable parts support, and ongoing product development for Triton in the US and Canada.

Manthei Wood Products, a nationally recognized, family-owned hardwood veneer manufacturer, has acquired Cahaba Veneer in Centreville, Alabama, and plans to invest $10 million in labor and technology upgrades.

This addition strengthens RoMac’s ability to serve contractors and customers by expanding its capabilities in custom millwork, deepening relationships within the high-end residential building market, and extending its geographic footprint into Volusia County.
