Staggered "walking floor" system brilliantly unloads trailer cargo

Keith Manufacturing's Walking Floor is a brilliantly designed system that allows for quick and easy trailer unloading.

It works like this:

The first group of every third slat moves under the load. Load does not move. The second group of every third slat moves under the load. The load does not move. The final group of every third slat moves under the load. Again the load does not move.

All the slats then move together, incrementally pushing the load out of the trailer. The process then repeats until the load is completely gone.

You really have to watch the video to visualize how it works.

Keith says the system is great for any number of industries, including wood products, waste management, recycling, agriculture, and energy production. It works with large, bulky items as well as with fine materials like sawdust.
