From Epilog Laser, the new Epilog Pulse app allows users to control their laser engraving, cutting and marking systems from nearly any device – including those with Mac operating systems. Once a file is started or an image is imported operators can ungroup, magnify, rotate, invert graphics, split or merge cutting and engraving processes, undo and redo actions, and save process settings for future use.

MoistTech says its IR3000-W series moisture sensors feature NIR (near infrared) technology for accurate and reliable moisture analysis of wood products, including wood biomass, plywood, wood chips and pellets, and sawdust. The company says the IR3000-W also reduces fire and explosion risk, offers precise dryer control, and monitors blending for control of moisture and resin in wood products.

Available from Macoser, the Salvamac SalvaPush 2000 is an innovative optimizing saw with a 500mm/20-inch blade and a 25° inclined table. TigerStop says the TigerSaw 1000 Compact fully automatic optimizing and push feeding saw station is for fast and accurate cutting of wood and plastic materials. Features include: extensive guarding and a fully enclosed saw blade, a cutting envelope of 1 x 9.75 inch – 3 x 7.75 inch and a 3.5-inch OD tube compatible With 14-inch (355mm) and 16-inch(406mm) saw blades. Push feed is up to 180 lbs.
