Robotic spray application machine
The Makor Evolution Twin spray machine is designed to apply coating at both high speed and with high quality. A Cartesian robot equipped with five controlled axes automatically sprays furniture components and any kind of panels. With the 3D scanning bar it is possible to spray in automatic mode shaped doors, raised parts, high-thickness elements. Machine can be programmed for special processes such as glue application, when more product quantity needs to be sprayed on edges and milled areas of panels that subsequently are laminated by membrane pressing.
