The Homag DrillTeq D-110 from Stiles Machinery is a stand-alone horizontal drilling and dowel-inserting CNC machine. The DrillTeq D-110 features three individually selectable horizontal drill spindles that allows for the simultaneous processing of up to four workpieces. 

Features include machine-controlled side and center fences for enhanced flexibility, motorized control of X, Y, and Z axes for precise positioning, and four to eight individually adjusting clamping cylinders for secure holding. It can carry up to two doweling systems for automated insertion of various dowel diameters. Barcode reading with a cordless scanner can streamline workflow, and an intelliGuide LED operator guidance system for ease of use.

The dowel insertion system includes a high-volume vibratory conveyor, a dowel singulation chamber, and a doweling unit, all of which contribute to the machine's consistent and reliable performance. This system is shared across the DRILLTEQ series due to its reliable and easy-to-maintain design.

The DrillTeq D-110 also features Homag's intelliGuide operator assistance system. A pioneer in drilling and panel-dividing technology, intelliGuide allows the drill to interactively respond to the operator via an optical LED assistance system, offering additional guidance and handling instructions. This reduces the mental load on the operator, leading to more focused and efficient wood processing with reduced errors.
