The company says the Industry 4.0-ready system can consistently produce 80 to 150 cabinets per shift with a single operator, and handle any batch size, including batch size = 1, without any interruptions in production. The Ernest Cabinet Maker robot can be linked to a CNC nesting router, a dowel inserter and an edgebander, for example, and manufacturers can use it to automate existing equipment, thus reducing the capital investment required to automate their production.
