Accu-Router announces the availability of a bleeder vacuum underlay fixture board that distributes the high bleeder vacuum flow (500 cfm) evenly across a 4-ft by 8-ft to 5-ft by 12-ft machine table. The end result is the attainment of a higher holding efficiency with the bleeder vacuum system, including the holding of smaller parts, tighter nests and more frequent use of common line cuts.

This double hold-down system makes an improvement in material yield and the ability to cut at higher feed rates, the company says. The bleeder vacuum flow is distributed evenly across the full table top area, instead of just one/two/or four positions where inlets are located.
