Burkle PUR glue spreaders are built on the same bases as their cast iron roller coaters. The machines are available with internally heated doctor rollers, and optionally, externally heated application and doctor rollers. The glue spreader can be incorporated into a basic PUR line with infeed, layup table, and roller press, or into the company's fully automatic lines with automated material handling. Offering a clamshell designed access door for easy and fast cleanup, the machines can be used in the application of high-gloss materials as well as honeycomb manufacturing.
