The collaboration of TAKA and WPR in the field of profile wrapping and panel lamination has led to a number of innovations. Among them are HMPUR adhesives developed for specific applications or needs. These include: 2308.25PV for  profile wrapping with rigid foils like CPL; 2308.20 hot melt polyurethane for panel lamination, when glossy and high-quality surfaces are required; 2308.1T for flat panel lamination with PVC and PET foils without primer; 2308.40 for laminating using roll coater applicators; 2308.75 for panel lamination, including honeycomb, using the roll coater applicator when a high initial adhesion is necessary; 3308.20 hot melt polyurethane for edgebanding; and  2308.28P for profiles and panels, especially when high glossy surfaces are required. WPR has also developed a new laminating line, NWM, for the production of glossy and matte panels up to 2200mm wide.
