Doucet Machineries' AGS - Automatic Gluing System is a modular system designed to automate stave loading to the glue applicator and panel forming. It can be added to your existing Clamp Carrier or integrated into a new SRX Clamp Carrier with RT100.

Built for manufacturers of panels, doors, cabinet doors and stair components, the company says the AGS improves gluing efficiency while reducing excess glue typically generated by roll spreaders.

The AGS Automatic Glue System uses the precise amount of glue for the job and creates dry joints.

The innovative production process of the AGS requires fewer parts to handle and makes loading the assembled panels much easier, resulting in a less physically demanding job. The shorter drying time also increases productivity.

The use of the AGS automates the piling and unpiling tasks because it is no longer required to put sawdust or sticks between panels.
