Doucet’s XPRS Return Conveyor has a low cost and small footprint for medium-small edgebanders maintains continuous workflow, reduces operator movement, and improves machine utilization. A single operator can continuously feed the edgebander. The part exits the machine, travels along the return conveyor, and comes back directly to the infeed. The cycle immediately resumes. No walking around. No unnecessary stops.

The XPRS adapts to the required roller width and return length to match your edgebander. It is available in right or left hand return configuration; features 24- or 36-inch wide receiving modules and return conveyors; standard module length is 60 inches, return length is proportionate to the length of the edgebander.
