ROYCE//AYR is now producing integrated tools for several CNC tool holding systems, including a PCD spoil board cutter, which is manufactured as a one piece tool to fit Thermwood CNC routers. Advantages of this design include precision cutting; the tool and tool holder are one, the company says. Additionally, there is no wear and tear on collets or collet nuts since all of these have been eliminated.
