Grizzly Industrial Inc. has launched its Grizzly PRO and Extreme Series circular saw blades that are built with CNC heat-brazed carbide tips, precision-ground tooth geometry, and vibration-dampening stabilizer vents. The Grizzly PRO features C4 carbide tips and GlideMax non-stick coating to reduce pitch buildup and keep cuts smooth in demanding conditions. The Extreme Series, built for fine woodworking and production environments, has upgraded C9 carbide and a hardened satin chrome finish for cooler operation.
Grizzly PRO blade
Each Grizzly PRO blade features CNC heat-brazed C4 carbide tips that deliver up to 6X the cutting life of standard blades. By holding a sharp edge longer and providing the structural integrity to resist breakage under heavy loads, these blades ensure fewer changes and non-stop production.

Extreme series
The Extreme Series line offers increased durability with CNC heat-brazed C9 carbide tips and improved heat resistance with a hardened satin chrome finish compared to the PRO line. It is built for the craftsperson and the industrial shop who need added reliability for clean, production-level ripping—especially for sheet goods and expensive hardwoods.
The hardened, satin chrome finish dramatically reduces friction and heat—the primary causes of burn marks and pitch buildup. This yields a glue-ready cut right off the saw and cuts down on maintenance time, improving production. Built for continuous use, the Extreme Series offers up to 6X the durability of standard blades and the ability to be sharpened up to 3X, providing the rock-solid reliability necessary to handle your most high-end materials.
