Sander with three sanding stations

The Roba Orbital 3T orbital sanding system from MB Machinery replaces three robotic stations with three sanding stations. Workpieces are fixed to the work table by a vacuum system, and automatically measured in three dimensions using laser sensors. Each station has an automatic abrasive changer, and can be equipped with different sanding units: round orbital sanding tool D = 150 mm; rectangular orbital sanding tool 81 x 133 mm; and rectangular orbital sanding tool 115 x 230 mm.

Sealing the back of car siding

I bought what I call car siding (tongue and grove) for a wall covering. I am lacquering one side but was told I need to seal both sides. Can I just seal the back with shellac? For that matter, could I use leftover paint. No one is going to see the back side. The carsiding will be 3/4" away from insulated wall as I am putting up 1X4 nailers. The car siding is going on vertically. Thank you.
