Timber investment group sees surge in land transactions

ATLANTA, Ga. – Timber investment group Domain Timber Advisors said it is seeing a surge in transactions this year with 78 land sales either closed or under agreement year-to-date, surpassing the 50 total in 2019. The group’s transactions have ranged from 2 to 10,700 acres, with an average of 500 acres, with the majority occurring in the Southeast.

Malouf launches new bedroom RTA furniture line

LOGAN, Utah — Bedding and furniture specialist Malouf is expanding its portfolio with the launch this week of seven entry-priced bedroom RTA products under the Weekender line. The upholstered headboards and beds will debut at the 2020 Las Vegas Market. “Customers want RTA furniture because it’s affordable and accessible," said Ryan Carlisle, product development manager. "We’ve put our efforts into making a line of beds and headboards that will work for many different customers and their unique style.”

ISFA launches safe solid surface education initiative
