BEACHWOOD, Ohio & WINCHESTER, Va. — MasterBrand Inc. and American Woodmark Corporation jointly announced that, at their respective special meetings of shareholders held Thursday, Oct. 30, they each received the necessary shareholder approvals for the previously announced combination of MasterBrand and American Woodmark. 

The ruling still has to be voted on by the House of Representatives. The National Emergencies Act states that the U.S. House must vote on this legislation within 18 days.
