S&L Lumber Rebrands

COLUMBUS, Ohio – S&L Lumber, a family-owned business that serves the central Ohio building supply industry, announced a rebranding initiative to unify its various branches under a single, cohesive brand.

The company said this move is designed to reduce confusion among customers, streamline operations, and enhance overall customer experience.

As part of this rebranding, first reported by Woodworking Network on Feb. 10, the company's divisions have been renamed to reflect their alignment under the S&L Lumber umbrella:

  • S&L Lumber: Now representing three former Strait & Lamp Group locations: S&L Lumber of Hebron, 5th Ave. Lumber, and Linworth Lumber.
  • S&L Truss: Formerly known as Lumbercraft, this division produces pre-manufactured roof, floor, and wall systems.
  • S&L Millwork: Formerly Dublin Millwork, a manufacturer of interior trim, mouldings, and custom doors.
  • S&L Lumber—Contracting Division: Formerly S&L Contracting, specializing in labor and material for wood framing, roofing, and exterior trims.

Additionally, the company is introducing S&L Window & Door, a new division focused on providing windows, doors, and hardware for both residential and commercial projects.

"This rebranding represents an exciting new chapter for S&L Lumber," said Steven Arnold, president. "By unifying our divisions under a single brand, we're making it easier for customers to recognize and access our diverse range of products and services. At the same time, the addition of S&L Window & Door will help us better meet the evolving needs of builders and homeowners across central Ohio."
