Video: Builders FirstSource puts robots to work at truss plant

IRVING, Texas Builder FirstSource, the nation’s largest supplier of structural building products, value-added components and services for new residential construction, repair and remodeling, showcases the use of robots other advance manufacturing technologies at its Conroe, Texas, truss plant in this new video.

According to the video, the newest round of automation enhancements has resulted in 20 percent labor saving efficienices throughout the plant.

Builders FirstSource posted sales of $17.1 billion in 2023.
