NICOLET, QUEBEC - Thermoform of America Inc. was granted financial assistance from its local government to purchase a 3-D laminating line and flat lamination line, for a new production line that officially launched January 31.

Funding totaled $752,400 in loans granted by the Canada Economic Development's Business and Regional Growth program.

Founded in 1994, Nicolet, Quebec-based Thermoform specializes in the manufacture of thermoplastified components for cabinetry. The company's fully-automated manufacturing process, said to be the only one of its kind in North America, gives it a competitive advantage on the North American market, Thermoform says.
