VILLA RICA, Georgia – Saber Diamond Tools Inc. was founded nearly 39 years ago, and manufactures diamond tooling for the woodworking industry and several other market sectors. As the largest manufacturer of diamond tooling in the United States, the company has more production and service capacity than any U.S. competitor and has invested heavily in the latest, cutting-edge EDM and conventional grinding equipment, said Martin Neagu, vice president of Saber.
Recently, the company invested in a CNC, fully robotic DMG Mori Lasertech50 machining center. The Lasertech 50 offers 5-axis precision machining that will allow the company to increase its cutting tool production capacity. See the video below.
“In addition, we have added software to better organize and track production,” Neagu said. “The new software also allows our clients to track the production of their tools in real-time. Saber has a lot going on and we have had a continuous expansion over the past two years.”
