GERMANY — Roland Auer has announced his resignation as CEO of the Management Board of Schattdecor SE (Societas Europaea). After more than thirty years with the surface specialist, this decision was made with the support of his family and the Schattdecor Supervisory Board.

Over the past three decades, Auer has made a significant contribution to the development and internationalization of the company. His achievements for Schattdecor Poland and his work as Chairman of the Board since 2017 also deserve special mention, according to the Supervisory Board and the Schatt family, who thanked him for his tireless efforts and assured him of their full support.

Internally, the company has taken extensive measures to ensure a smooth transition and guarantee the continuity of business operations. Dr. Derick Beitel, chief financial officer of the Group, will become Spokesman of the Executive Board.
