This optional program aims to support new and existing customers with an extra measure of protection for their machine spindles.

“While most spindle repair companies are open to provide service, we want our customers to have even greater peace of mind knowing that their spindle will perform at or better than its original specifications for double the industry standard 12-month warranty,” said Allen Turk, CEO of PDS.

The new warranty program provides customers with a cost-effective warranty as well as post-sales service enhancements for PDS’ products for up to two years or 4,000 working hours, whichever occurs first, from the date of end user spindle installation.
