AkzoNobel N.V. and Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. have announced they’ve entered into a definitive agreement to combine in an all-stock merger of equals, creating a premier global coatings company with an enterprise value of approximately $25 billion.

Texas-based Republic Elite, a manufacturer of multifamily cabinets and countertops, has acquired a state-of-the-art cabinet manufacturing facility located in Mendota, Illinois.
 

#8 Lexington Manufacturing expands into Oregon with 600k square foot factory (Posted December 5, 2025) 
Lexington Manufacturing’s new facility will feature approximately 600,000 square feet of manufacturing space with seven lamination lines, four profile wrappers, two mould lines, and a variety of other wood-processing equipment.
