Olathe Millwork expands its manufacturing and warehouse operations

Olathe Millwork's new 132,000-square-foot facility combines a state-of-the-art warehouse and advanced manufacturing capabilities.

NEW CENTURY, Kan. — Olathe Millwork, a provider of building products to the multi-family sector, has expanded its manufacturing and warehouse operations with a new 132,000-square-foot facility.

The new building consolidates Olathe Millwork's current operation into a single state-of-the-art warehouse and incorporates advanced manufacturing capabilities, providing an additional 35,000 square feet of space to enhance operations and increase production capacity. To further elevate its capabilities, Olathe Millwork is investing $1.5 million in a Full-House 484 CNC door line and CNC jamb router from Full House Machinery. The total investment in facility and equipment totals more than $3.5 million.

The company’s more than $3.5 million investment includes investments in cutting edge door manufacturing equipment.

Brian North, general manager at Olathe Millwork, said, “This expansion reflects our unwavering commitment to growth and meeting the evolving needs of our customers. Our new facility and advanced equipment will streamline operations, boost production efficiency, and enable us to deliver even faster turnaround times.”

Olathe Millwork specializes in manufacturing pre-hung interior and exterior doors and also distributes hardware, trim, mouldings, and ready-to-install cabinetry. The company serves primarily general contractors and developers, and delivers projects nationwide.
