NAP Gladu tooling acquires Eide Saw & Tool

MINNEAPOLIS - NAP Gladu, a manufacturer of specialized carbide and PCD cutting tools, has acquired Eide Saw & Tool Service Inc., a maker of carbide-tipped saws, cold saws, and band saws.
 
NAP Gladu said the acquisition of Eide Saw will enable the combined companies to provide a broader range of solutions for Eide Saw’s customers including insert, carbide shank, and diamond tooling.
