Master Millwork triples in size

WEST WAREHAM, Mass. -- Master Millwork has obtained $6 million in loans from Rockland Trust to expand its business. The expansion will enable Master Millwork to almost triple in size, going from 25,000 sq. ft. to 67,000 sq. ft. of facility space with manufacturing equipment and solar power for green-energy operations. To assist with the increase in production once construction is complete in January 2022, the business plans to hire up to 30 new employees.

“We have developed a strong working relationship with [bank VP] John Davison and Rockland Trust over the years and appreciate how they nurture a hands-on, relationship-driven, local bank feel while also bringing the horsepower of a large national bank,” said Jesse Kirby, president of Master Millwork.

Master Millwork is a commercial architectural millwork and cabinetry firm, offering construction services throughout New England and the Mid- Atlantic. They provide turn-key and custom-built interior finish carpentry services specializing in senior living, multi-unit apartments, hotels, restaurants, libraries and schools.
