GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas — Laguna Tools expanded its Grand Prairie, Texas, headquarters with the acquisition of an additional 70,000 square feet of operational space for a total of 185,000 square feet dedicated to supporting the growing demand in the CNC industry.

The company said this strategic investment, announced in April, will significantly enhance Laguna Tools’ capacity to streamline equipment production and inventory management, improve shipping timelines, and boost the overall company’s productivity — all to deliver an "even higher standard of service to its growing customer base."

Located in the heart of Texas, the expanded facility allows Laguna Tools to scale up operations and meet increased demand from businesses across the woodworking, metalworking, and signage industries. With a focus on speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, this new space reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence and long-term growth.

The additional square footage is dedicated to improving the flow of operations, from raw materials intake to final machine delivery. By integrating expanded warehousing with enhanced assembly and logistics capabilities, Laguna Tools is positioning itself to better support both its dealer network and direct customers across North America.

“This expanded facility empowers us to refine our workflows and achieve even greater precision and quality in our CNC machine production, consistently delivering superior products to our customers. It also enables us to streamline operations, resulting in a net reduction in shipping timelines by 2 days — delivering excellence faster and exceeding customer satisfaction.” said Cedric Tsakem, COO.

This latest development builds on Laguna Tools’ strong track record of investing in customer-centric innovation and manufacturing excellence. The expansion in Grand Prairie represents physical growth and a renewed commitment to delivering the quality, speed, and service that customers have come to expect from the Laguna brand.

Laguna Tools looks forward to continuing its mission of helping American manufacturers scale production, reduce downtime, and operate with greater precision — now with more power and capability than ever before.
