Atlanta – During a private showing for their dealers, Rutt HandCrafted Cabinetry unveiled their much-anticipated new product series, Ruskin. Designed exclusively for Rutt by renowned designer Scott A. Stultz, Ruskin defies conventional wisdom with its fresh take on traditional styling versus the current focus on contemporary styling. Inspired by the core ideas in the writings of the late John Ruskin, who was the seminal art and architecture critic and theorist of the Victorian age, Ruskin promises to be much more than just a simple new twist on traditional kitchen designs.

“When designing the Ruskin series we paid great attention to proportions and combinations of details, resulting in a familiar traditional look with a contemporary ethos that is alive with movement.” said Stultz. “Ruskin is not limited to just traditional. It is transitional; it is classical, it is arts & crafts, and can lean pretty hard towards contemporary when appointed with other contemporary details.”

“We are pleased with the outcome of our collaboration with Scott and we firmly that the Ruskin series compliments Rutt’s foundation of Timeless Original designs.” stated David Roos VP of Sales & Marketing for Rutt.
