WMCO to host 'AI in the Wood Industry' webinar

HANOVER, Ontario — How wood products manufacturers can use AI to improve their operations from production planning and quality control to streamlining administrative processes and data analysis, is the focus of a webinar scheduled for April 16.

The presentation--AI in the Wood Industry--will be hosted by the Wood Manufacturing Cluster of Ontario in partnership with AIProLife Inc. from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. ET.

This session will introduce manufacturers to the types of AI solutions currently available, along with practical strategies for implementation.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss potential use cases relevant to their own operations.

The WMCO said topics may include:
•    Practical AI tools available to manufacturers today
•    Real-world use cases within manufacturing operations
•    Implementation strategies for small and mid-sized companies
•    Identifying areas where AI can realistically support productivity
