Structurlam announces two appointments

PENTICTON, British Columbia – Structurlam, a mass timber manufacturer, recently announced a pair of new hires.

Paul Drace has joined the company as vice president of sales for the construction east division and industrial North America. Based in Wisconsin, Drace’s experience in engineered includes working with Trus-Joist, Weyerhaeuser, RedBuilt, and SmartLam. In his new role, Drace will lead construction sales regions to drive sales efforts, promoting and expanding the company’s mass timber work.

Jon Potter has joined Structurlam as a mass timber specialist. Based in Seattle, Potter will be responsible for building the company’s Pacific Northwest regional presence by continuing to promote and expand the company’s mass timber projects. Potter has a master’s degree in civil engineering and a background in structural analysis and design with a focus on wood design projects.

Structurlam is a manufacturer of cross-laminated timber and other wood products for construction and industrial markets. The company operates mass timber production facilities in Penticton, Okanagan Falls, and Oliver, British Columbia, as well as Conway, Ark.
