WASHINGTON, DC – HCI Equity Partners, a private equity firm, has launched WF Cabinetry Brands, a cabinetry platform that brings together a family of well-known HCI-backed cabinet brands: WoodHarbor Custom Cabinetry, Wellborn Forest, and Countryside Cabinets.
The new family of companies would have an estimated $130 million in combined sales based on reports by Woodworking Network and other sources.
This platform unites the cabinet manufacturers to "deliver a more cohesive approach to the market, strengthen dealer partnerships, enhance operational synergies while preserving each brand’s craftsmanship and heritage, and position them for future growth."
“By bringing together these well-respected brands, we are building a strong foundation for long-term success,” said Nick Billig, CEO of WF Cabinetry Brands. “Our mission is to leverage the combined strength of the three businesses to benefit our dealer customers while preserving the culture, craftsmanship, service and customer-first values that define these brands.”
