ATLANTA – In a briefing two weeks ahead of IWF, Jim Wulfekuhle, vice president sales and marketing, said that IWF will have more than 1,025 exhibitors occupying nearly 1 million square feet. More than 210 companies will be exhibiting for the first time at IWF.

The 2018 edition will be the largest since 2008, Wulfekuhle said, and attendance expected by show organizers will be more than 30,000.

IWF will take place over four days August 22-25, 2018 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia. IWF 2018 also offers more than 70 educational sessions and 11 full-day symposiums.

Wulfekuhle pointed out that the U.S. economy is robust and it appears it will continue to grow as unemployment is down and sales are up. He also said that the U.S. is one of the top markets for opportunities at this time due to the current economic climate.

In addition, more than 80 foreign countries will send representatives to IWF. All 50 states are sending key people to IWF. The exhibition has been sold out for exhibit space for over 6 months, and there are more than 75 companies currently on the wait list to exhibit.
