Hello, I’m new to woodworking, hoping to get some advice. I want to put a few square feet of purplewood veneer on the surface of plywood. Is there a way to shave the surface evenly and accurately so the veneer with glue lays flush with the surface? I am going to spray with poly for finish. Thanks for help, Dane
