The FastStick line from Franklin Adhesives & Polymers features three high-performance contact adhesive formulations for a range of lamination applications, including laminating porous and non-porous materials to themselves and each other. The line includes FastStick Original, FastStick Cal Compliant and FastStick Water Based contact adhesives. The FastStick line contains no methylene chloride or HAPS.

Dürr Systems' EcoPump2 VP is a state-of-the-art, pneumatically driven, vertical piston pump suitable for medium and high-pressure applications. Its new design and durability make it ideal for small and medium-scale applications, including painting, mastics, and adhesive applications on furniture and other objects, the company says. The pump can be used for airless or air-assist applications, and is available in various sizes.

Union Tool offers a Multi-Nip Rotary Laminator for engineered flooring that combines high-pressure rolls with hold-down rolls to ensure proper bonding of laminated flooring. The 9 Nip Rotary Laminator incorporates high-pressure nip points at the entry and exit and the middle section incorporates 4” diameter hold-down rolls. The 9 Nip Rotary Laminator can laminate at speeds up to 100 feet per minute.

Available from Stiles Machinery, the Homag EDGETEQ S-380 edgebander features a universal pre-melter for EVA and PUR that offers simple and safe handling paired with high feed speeds and high-performance motors. The machine’s glue application system allows for easy switching between two colors or glue types — EVA and PUR — during production by changing the container. The machine’s multifunctional profile trimming makes corner rounding and flush-trimming simple, the company adds.
