Superior Seating opened its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Lincolnton, North Carolina, that features new CNC equipment and other processing equipment.

The new facility, says company president Edward Rakovsky, marks a significant advancement in production capabilities, particularly in two critical areas: reducing production time and enhancing quality assurance.

At the heart of our new facility is advanced manufacturing technology, including CNC routing, precision bending, and cutting-edge welding. Rakovsky said that the new equipment has dramatically reduced production time, allowing it to deliver custom furniture orders faster and more reliably. This means quicker turnarounds for clients in the hospitality industry, ensuring that projects stay on schedule without compromising quality, he said.

The integration of new quality control measures and the use of U.S.-made materials, ensure that every product leaving the Lincolnton facility meets the highest standards of durability, comfort, and design, he said. "By focusing on domestic production, we’ve also reduced our reliance on imports, minimizing the impact of global logistics challenges and ensuring a consistent supply of top-tier products, he added.

The Lincolnton facility represents an investment in the local community including the creation of numerous skilled manufacturing jobs in North Carolina, contributing to economic growth in the region. Additionally, with the capability to produce over 20 distinct designs and styles of banquet chairs and other restaurant furniture, we offer unmatched versatility. Our wide range of finishes and customization options allows us to meet the aesthetic and functional needs of any hospitality venue.
