Video: The value of exhibiting at Wood Pro Expo

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — The 2025 edition of Wood Pro Expo Florida brought together a strong community of woodworking professionals, innovators, and business decision-makers all under one roof for three days of connection, discovery, and growth.

The event welcomed over 1,300 qualified attendees to the show floor between Wednesday and Friday, with nearly 90% of attendees holding purchasing power. The surge in attendance reflects continued industry growth and strong interest in new technologies, design trends, and educational opportunities.

This year’s show floor featured 124 exhibiting companies occupying 21,000 square feet of floor space offering a diverse mix of machinery, materials, hardware, and software solutions. When factoring in exhibitors, speakers, and staff, the total attendance reached nearly 1,750, making it one of the largest events in its history.

The steady increase in participation signals not only the strength of the regional woodworking market but also the show’s growing reputation as a must-attend industry gathering. The dual event continues to serve as the destination for business owners, innovators, and industry veterans alike. The momentum from this year’s success sets the stage for an even larger 2026 gathering.

But don’t just take our word for it.

Whether debuting a new machine, connecting with long-time customers, or reaching new regional audiences, exhibitors found this year’s event to be a powerful platform for growth.

The continued momentum of Wood Pro Expo reflects broader trends in the woodworking industry: a push for smarter technologies, growing interest in design-driven solutions, and a renewed appreciation for in-person collaboration.
