WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.  — The 2025 edition of Wood Pro Expo Florida and the Closets Conference shattered previous attendance records and reinforced the event’s growing influence in the woodworking and closet industries.

The event welcomed over 1,300 qualified attendees to the show floor between Wednesday and Friday, with nearly 90% of attendees holding purchasing power. The surge in attendance reflects continued industry growth and strong interest in new technologies, design trends, and educational opportunities.

This year’s show floor featured 124 exhibiting companies occupying 21,000 square feet of floor space—offering a diverse mix of machinery, materials, hardware, and software solutions. When factoring in exhibitors, speakers, and staff, the total attendance reached nearly 1,750, making it one of the largest events in its history.

Attendees experienced hands-on demonstrations, product launches, and panel discussions that addressed key trends, from shop automation to custom storage solutions. The Closets Conference opened the week with in-depth sessions tailored for designers, fabricators, and business owners in the closets and home organization sectors, while Wood Pro Expo delivered practical training and shop-floor strategies for woodworking professionals.

In addition to the product exhibits and live demonstrations, networking was a major component of this year’s success. An Exhibitor Lunch on Wednesday provided a dedicated time for vendors to connect and build relationships, while Thursday’s Luau-themed evening event brought a festive close to the day’s business.

Complete with food, drinks, and entertainment, the Luau gave attendees and exhibitors a chance to unwind and build community.

As both a business-to-business marketplace and a networking hub, the dual event continues to serve as the destination for business owners, innovators, and industry veterans alike. The momentum from this year’s success sets the stage for an even larger 2026 gathering.
