ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Registration is now open for the 70th World of Wood, the annual convention hosted by the International Wood Products Association (IWPA). The 2026 convention will take place March 17–19, 2026, at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
World of Wood offers attendees the opportunity to learn from and interact with leading experts on market intelligence, regulatory compliance, trade policy, and corporate leadership—while connecting with peers and partners from across the globally sourced wood products supply chain.
“World of Wood offers something for everyone in the industry—from the most pressing trade and regulatory issues to timely market and leadership insights,” said IWPA Executive Director Ashley Amidon. “This is the must-attend annual event for the globally sourced wood products industry, with invaluable networking opportunities among customers, suppliers, and service providers from around the world.”
The opening keynote will feature Sheri Jacobs, author, researcher, and CEO of Avenue M Group, who will share insights drawn from surveying more than one million people and collaborating with hundreds of organizations on how resilient cultures and high-performing leadership teams thrive amid uncertainty. Attendees will gain practical takeaways on how effective leaders amplify every voice, create environments where smart risks are safe to take, and build lasting resilience—plus a copy of Sheri’s newest book.
World of Wood brings together hundreds of importers, U.S. manufacturers, wholesalers, offshore suppliers, and service providers from over 25 countries to attend this premier annual event—designed to support relationship-building, business development, and actionable takeaways.
