KBIS 2017 registration now open

ALPHRETTA, Ga. - The 2017 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS), the destination for kitchen and bath design professionals, announced today that registration is now open. Attendees can register online at www.KBIS.com.

KBIS will welcome a new location for 2017, taking place in Orlando from January 10-12 at the Orange County Convention Center as part of the fourth annual Design & Construction Week. They expect attendence to be huge as KBIS once again joins forces with the NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS) to showcase the largest annual event geared toward design and construction industry professionals, with over 2,100 exhibitors combined.

During the month of August, members of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) can take advantage of free registration. Expo registration is $50 for non-members during that time. From September 1 until November 11, registration will increase to $50 for NKBA members and $100 for non-members. There will be a final increase to $100 for members and $175 for non-members from November 12 until January 7.

“NKBA and NAHB have brought the Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association (CEDIA) to Design & Construction Week with a pavilion this year as just one of the highlights that makes KBIS 2017 a can’t miss event,” said Bill Darcy, NKBA CEO. “Furthermore, we are pleased to offer our members this special benefit of free registration during August to assure their access to everything that Design & Construction Week has to offer.”

The 2017 show will bring a mix of the best and most anticipated stage programming, events and new show features that showcase the latest design trends in kitchen and bath. Returning this year will be the highly-anticipated Voices from the Industry conference; Champagne & Cupcakes, the annual, unofficial kick-off to KBIS hosted by Modenus; the prestigious NKBA 30 Under 30 Program; KBIS DESIGN BITES; the Hard Hat Media Tour; the highly successful portfolio reviews and the coveted BEST of KBIS Awards.  New for 2017 will be The Magic of Design opening party featuring the 2017 NKBA Design Competition awards held at Epcot’s World Showcase, as well as The Deck, a casual outdoor space giving attendees a chance to escape the show floor while being exposed to the absolute latest in outdoor kitchen design.

“In 2016, a record number of industry professionals attended Design & Construction Week. And we’re expecting a huge turnout in Orlando this January,” said Brian Pagel, VP Kitchen and Bath Group, Emerald Expositions. “We highly recommend attendees register early and take advantage of discount registration and hotel rates.”
