AXYZ International to exhibit at 2017 SGIA Expo

NEW ORLEANS - AXYZ International, a manufacturer of CNC router and knife cutting systems, will be demonstrating its Trident Series machine at the 2017 Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) Expo (booth #2957) set for October 10-12 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The Trident Series combines three different cutting technologies to provide versatility by offering a choice of routing spindle and two knives which can be either tangential, oscillating, or a combination of both.

“The second-generation Trident machine series was recently released and updated with a new quick change tangential tooling, a new oscillating pressure foot and heavy-duty pizza wheel cutter, a modified AVS camera for print and cut applications and safety guarding systems such as safety mats and light curtains,” said John Donaldson, AXYZ business development manager.

Engineered to process heavy duty materials including aluminum, acrylic, and medium-density fiberboard as well as lighter weight card, vinyl, and foam, AXYZ plans to demonstrate the machine's three cutting systems on many of these materials during the expo.

The company will also display an interactive Trident iBook for attendees to view videos and photos that show the adaptability and applicability of Trident for a variety of industries.

While offering direct contact via dedicated sales, service, and customer support personnel located worldwide, AXYZ says it can configure a machine to suit almost any specific manufacturing need without compromising quality and it has installed over 10,500 machines around the world.

“With the commitment to delivery that is fast, flexible, and direct, we design, manufacture, sell, and service our machines directly to the end user,” said Donaldson.
