Closets trending at IWF Atlanta

Atlanta was buzzing at the end of August as thousands of woodworkers and home remodelers converged on the Georgia World Congress Center, August 23-26, for the International Woodworking Fair (IWF), one of the largest woodworking trade shows in North America.

Walking the aisles, attendees saw the latest trends in materials and surfaces, hardware, woodworking machinery and equipment, and more. Also on display were numerous closet systems as several companies showed how their products work in home storage units or their ability to manufacture those systems.

Not only were closets featured on the show floor, but also during the IWF Education Conference. There were ample educational opportunities at the show, from the IWF Closets Symposium, sponsored by CCF Industries and Richelieu Hardware, to the various education sessions presented by the Association of Closet & Storage Professionals (ACSP) for attendees to understand the closet industry.

To learn more about the entire event, read our IWF Atlanta recap.

If you missed the show this year, don’t worry; there are more opportunities to visit other woodworking events before IWF Atlanta returns in 2024. October 13-14, Wood Pro Expo will take place at the Spooky Nook Sports Center in Manheim, Pennsylvania. Closets Conference & Expo, co-located with Wood Pro Expo Florida, returns to West Palm Beach, Florida, April 12-14, 2023, and coming July 25-28, 2023, AWFS takes place in Las Vegas.

These events offer excellent opportunities to learn, grow, discover new technology and vendors and connect with like-minded people. And, as one speaker said during the IWF Closets Symposium, investing to go to these shows can add to your company’s value in more ways than one.
