ACSP president: The stage is set for another great show
By Joe Lonardo

The early part of every year is such an exciting time in our industry. Many of our markets have strong home improvement numbers and home building trends are as strong as ever. I personally look forward to it not only because I enjoy setting goals for my business but it also marks the countdown to the Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo, returning to Pasadena this year.

  ACSP president, Joe Lonardo

The stage has been set for another great show. We’ve been hard at work ensuring a content line up that features best in class moderators and speakers across all facets of the industry.

Some the of the highlights will include:

• Designer Dialogue: Hear from senior designers giving first-hand perspective on balancing the art of the business with the art of the design. Denise Butchko will be moderating.

• Rules of Lighting: Is your company making the most of the potential revenue from LED lighting? Michael Stubblefield of Tresco Lighting will be sharing his expertise incorporating this often overlooked aspect of our designs. It is form, function and beauty at its best.

• Manufacturing versus Outsourcing: Build it or Buy it? It seems this topic never gets old and we welcome what is sure to be a spirited discussion with industry veterans Mike Carson and Eric Marshall.

These are just a just a few of the sessions in store this year. Click HERE to see the entire schedule.  In addition, and for the second year in a row, ACSP will offer its Closet Designer Certification series. The Registered Storage Designer course will be available along with the newly added Certified Storage Designer continuing education track.

Perhaps the most exciting part of all of this is the invaluable insights into trends and the opportunity to learn from our peers. Learn more at: goo.gl/mtiAQA  We hope to see you there.
