CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Air and electric portable sanding systems for dust-free sanding will be on display by SurfPrep at the co-located Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo and Wood Pro Expo Charlotte, March 6-8 in the Charlotte Convention Center.

According to the company, the foundation of the SurfPrep Sanding System is built on attention to detail and manufacturing of its foam abrasive sanding pads and industrial air sanders. SurfPrep continues creating new products with the focus of reducing both labor and sanding material costs.

Among the products on display at the SurfPrep by Dixon Booth #518 will be Trident Air sanders, the 3x8 Electric Ray sander, the 3x4 Electric Ray sander, and LED inspection lights as well as foam-, paper-, and film-backed abrasives.

The company says the 5-inch and 6-inch Trident Air sanders have a low-profile, ergonomic design with enhanced grip control and a balanced wrist support for two-handed sanding. It features an industrial grade .28 HP motor and a patented spindle bearing fan that keeps the motor and bearings at a lower temperature.

Its 360 degree exhaust gate allows the operator to redirect air flow without external cap or filters. At 12,000 RPM, it features low-profile speed control and is available in self-generate and central vacuum options.
