Hettich to showcase award-winning drawer system

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. - Hettich, a furniture fittings manufacturer, is set to present its award-winning drawer system at the Closets Conference & Expo from April 17-19 at the Schaumburg Convention Center. The AvanTech YOU drawer system is a versatile product with design elements that feature integrated lighting, winning the 2021 Interzum Award in the High Product Quality category for its outstanding design.

Lighted glass inlays with polished or ground edges create a unique lighting effect.

The slimline drawer side profile measures only 13 mm, with an integrated front-panel adjustment, allowing for a wide range of design options. The signature lighting is also integrated elegantly and efficiently. A designer profile easily clips into place to illuminate open drawers on the inside in LED light at 4,000K.

Additionally, the lighted glass inlays with polished or ground edges create unique lighting effects. A rechargeable battery pack provides the necessary energy without costly electrical connections, the company says.
