WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- The education program of the Closets Conference & Expo (Closets Con) and Wood Pro Expo Florida (WPE) is taking shape. 

Woodworking Network (WWN) announced that Rich Harshaw, CEO of Level 10 Contractor, will deliver the opening keynote address of the co-located conferences scheduled for June 8, 2021, at the Palm Beach Convention Center. In addition, WWN also revealed that the full-day Closets and WPE conferences will conclude with a trio of facility tours.

Harshaw is the author of Unlocking Unlimited Lead Flow: A Blueprint for Remodeling & Home Services Contractors. He will draw upon his vast experience in the marketing and advertising industry to discuss how to generate more high-quality customer leads that result in sales. His expertise spans copywriting, strategic planning, business development, marketing strategy and media buying. 

"Small cabinet and closet shops do not typically invest in marketing," said Laurel Didier, publisher of Closets & Home Storage. "Rich Harshaw will show them the power of marketing, why they should and how they can. In addition to his opening keynote speech, Rich will lead a workshop during the closets conference focused on vetting leads to take on the most profitable jobs."

Attendees of the June 8 conferences will also participate in tour of the following area facilities:

• Doormark Inc., a manufacturer of 3D laminate, acrylic and TFL cabinet doors and components based in Deerfield Beach, Fla.; 
• The Closets Company, a family-owned manufacturer and installer of  closets, garages, home offices and other home storage solutions based in Pompano Beach, Fla.; and
• Ultrapan,  a supplier of  ultra-modern polymer panels used in the manufacture of cabinets, closets furniture and toerh applications for the home and office, based in Coral Springs, Fla.

Additional educational programming will be scheduled during the two-day expo, June 9-10. The exhibition will include woodworking machinery and supplies for every marekt segment of the wood products industry. The event will also feature presentation of the annual Top Shelf Design Awards for outstanding closet and home storage design.
